Standard equipment

Our GLF single shaft mixer is equipped with an automatic lubricating system and an emergency door with manual opening.

Anti-wear liners

In its standard version, GLF is composed of:

  • 22 mm spirals in Ni-Hard CH3 cast iron
  • Hardox 400 side walls
  • 20 mm bottom liners in Ni-Hard cast iron

High durable anti-wear liners also available upon customer request

Key points

  • Limited space: The GLF single-shaft mixer is the ideal solution in case of small spaces.
  • Mixing efficacy: Thanks to the 2 mixing spirals inclined in opposite directions, 2 equally opposing horizontal flows are generated, generating an intensive turbolence in the central area.
  • Mixing rapidity: The integration of the horizontal movements with the vertical ones, arising from the rotation of the arms of the spirals, ensures a quick and intensive movement of the material to be mixed. This ensures a fast homogeneization in an extremely short break time.
